Sole Sensation is a highly responsible and reputable fish spa business. Our main and top priority has always been and will continue to be the well being and safety of both our customers and fish.

Sole Sensation use ‘The Garra Rufa fish, also known as Dr Fish’, which do not have any teeth, and cannot pierce skin. Therefore the transfer of fluids is unable to take place.

Sole Sensation tanks are designed and produced in line with industry guidelines and regulations and we use an approved filtration and UV sterilisation system, to ensure no diseases can live in the water.

To ensure our spa’s are of the highest standard possible, Sole Sensation works very closely with the local authorities and Health & Safety Executive and operates under very strict health and safety guidelines.

Every client who comes into our spa’s is required to complete a full health questionnaire, their feet are washed with a sanitiser where a foot inspection is carried out and sterilised flip flops are given to wear to the tanks. The same method is carried out for hands and body. Anyone with cuts or open sores on their feet, hands or body are not allowed to have the treatment.
